Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Nepal, a country in Central Asia, in September changed the status from the mission fields to the official religious organization. Currently Adventists officially announce in 208 countries with 232 recognized by the United Nations.

In Nepal, there are 8600 seventh day Adventist. The Church's presence has increased significantly in recent years. In 1993 all of the Adventists in the country was 212 people. The total population is more than 30 million people. Previously, Nepal was a Hindu nation, but in 2006 the Nepali Parliament declared Nepal a secular state.

In Nepal successfully functioning of Adventist medical center, which was created in 1960. In 2011, the Adventist Church held a major youth rally, which was attended by a large number of youth. ADRA in the country has launched several projects for the protection of exploited children.
