A Few years ago, the Japanese company Japan Display Inc (JDI) has made it a rule every year to increase the pixel density on the screens for headsets with immersion in virtual reality. In December last year, for example, JDI announced the development of a 3.6-inch display with a density of 803 pixels per inch. A new development in the form of a 3.25-inch LTSP IPS display demonstrates the capability of producing screens with a pixel density of 1001 ppi (pixels per inch). Thus, each screen for one eye will be able to show a picture with a resolution of 2160 × 2432 (RGB). Clearly on progress towards resolution displays for VR headsets (JDI)
