the European Union has suspended flights of Boeing 737 Max after a plane crash in Ethiopia, reported by the European aviation safety Agency (EASA). On the suspension of flights Boeing this model also announced the Russian airline S7 Airlines.

In the last six months there have been two plane crashes involving Boeing 737 Max-8. In October a plane Indonesian company Lion Air fell into the Java sea shortly after taking off from the airport of Jakarta, killing 189 people. On March 10, Boeing 737 Max airlines, Ethiopian Airlines crashed in Ethiopia a few minutes after takeoff from the airport of Addis Ababa, the victims of the crash were 157 people.

EASA called the decision "a precautionary measure". All flights of the Boeing 737-8 MAX and 737-9 MAX will be suspended from 22:00 [12 Mar] CET. From that time on the territory of the EU imposes a ban on flights of these planes that make the airlines of countries outside the European Union.
