, the Fes changes the concept of employment services, told "RG" on the sidelines of the St Petersburg international economic forum, Deputy head of Rostrud Denis Vasiliev.
"We chose the motto: "From services to solve problems". We need to move from commodity services to the real needs of people and employers. First we need to develop their competencies, self-realization, to get a high salary. And employers need personnel in order to take essential jobs, implement investment projects," he said.
According to him, the employment service should become that mechanism which integrate the supply and demand in the labour market.
"Now the employment service are paying much attention to administrative issues, complex paperwork, hard to understand how they can help both workers and employers. We propose to make a more transparent system through the introduction of new services," explained Vasilyev.
He said, if now experts of the employment services mainly deal with unemployed people in the future will be a kind of career consultants for people will be to follow them permanently in the labour market, learning to invest in your human capital. All services are free and for people and for employers.
By July 1, will be prepared uniform requirements for employment services, then they will test in 16 regions. "The first change we will see this year", — summed up Denis Vasiliev.
