"In 2016, the management of Pink Floyd turned their attention to a small batch of Blu-ray disc set for "The Early Years 1965-1972" that had been unaccounted for in transit damage (presumably in the original packaging/Assembly), which ultimately led to discoloration and playback issues over time.

Now, in 2019, it became known that these injuries affected a small number of the following disks:
