Identified the lack of labeling that contains information about the name of the product, the country and the place of its origin, the exporting country and (or) the country of re-exporter.

In 7 cases (51 t) of regulated products (fresh fruits and vegetables, melons and products of processing of grain and industrial crops) originated from the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic imported without a phytosanitary certificate confirming the phytosanitary security of the consignment, and in 2 cases (nuts and dried fruit 45 tonnes) with expired phytosanitary certificates.
the Import of quarantine products non-compliant with the phytosanitary legislation, was banned. All shipments returned to the sender. Perpetrators brought to administrative responsibility under article 10.2 of the administrative code.
