Enjoy Brazilian dish is the “Moqueca shrimp”! We can make something similar – spicy soup, with a fiery taste – well, like they have in Brazil! And to the last days of advent our soup will be purely Russian, but... “in Brazil”! Lean, incredibly tasty and snuggly Holiday!
the Preparation of soup-Brazilian:
Heat over medium heat in a wide saucepan or deep frying pan 2 tbsp olive oil and add to it 1 chopped onions, 4 cloves of minced garlic, and 1 bell pepper, diced, and simmer, covered until soft Then add 1/4 Cup long-grain rice, 425 ml canned pureed tomatoes, 4 cups water, bring to the boil and continue to cook soup until soft rice, minutes 10 Shrimp cut into long slices, 2.5-3 cm, pour in a pan 1 can of canned coconut milk, boil, and then stir in the shrimp and continue to cook the soup for another 5 minutes add black pepper, red pepper (chili) , add salt and squeeze 1/3 of a lemon! Here it is all to taste!
Squeezing the lemon, taste the taste that was not too much acid! Olive oil can safely replace the vegetable on your own. The main thing – the soup should be spicy!
Before serving, sprinkle the soup in bowls with parsley!
