Russia was allowed to launch drones without approval of the Federal air transport Agency

Until recently, in Russia were the norm according to which to launch any drones and drones, regardless of weight and space flight was preceded by obtaining temporary permits for the use of airspace, as well as the mandatory communication with the dispatcher. This limited legal use of drones, but now the ill-fated rule in the past. However, there are some nuances. The government issued the decree of February 3, No. 74 "On amendments to the Federal rules of using airspace of the Russian Federation". According to this change, and now drones with a takeoff weight up to 30 kg is allowed to run at an altitude of 150 meters above the ground or water within the line of sight of the operator, and in daylight hours without approval.
