In the Italian town of Reggio Emilia (Reggio Emilia) opened training courses of cheese, the oldest cheese in the world - Parmigiano Reggiano.

Courses will be held in the headquarters of the company "Dinamica" in Mancasale where novice cheese makers will prepare professionals who have the Consortium manufacturers.

the Training will last for 4 months, from February to may, and will include a trip to the most famous dairy factories, where the course participants will be able to do an internship. You will then need sixty hours of theoretical lessons for formal knowledge of raw materials, its processing in the dairy industry, production regulations, operating regulations, and other aspects of managing and improving the processed product.

the Lessons and practical classes will be conducted by members of the Consortium in cooperation with experienced cheese makers, teachers and experts on specific topics, reports Eigomanga.
